"Didn’t really make a difference for my dog"
I bought this hoping it would help my dog, and I was mainly watching for changes in the one issue we needed it for. After using it for a while, I didn’t notice much improvement. Maybe it works better for other pets, but it just didn’t do much for mine. Shipping was totally fine, no complaints there, the product itself just wasn’t very effective for us.

I had a small issue with my order from dailypetco.com, so I reached out to their support team. They got back to me quickly and fixed it without making the whole thing feel like a huge hassle. It did take one extra day longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a bowl of cereal when their reply came through, so that stuck in my head for some reason. Overall, good customer service.

"I had a feeling the ingredients..."
I had a feeling the ingredients weren’t going to be great, and once I checked them, it pretty much confirmed it for me. They just looked cheap, and that was enough to put me off.

"Not really worth the money"
I was let down after getting this. It looked decent online, but in person it feels cheaper than I expected, and it kind of works when it wants to, which is really frustrating.
I don’t mind spending a little more if the quality is actually there, but this just didn’t feel like a good value. I feel like I could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Confusing info about pets"
I was a little confused about the pet policy. At one point it seemed like pets were okay, but then later it came across like they weren’t accepted after all. I’m not sure if I missed something or if the information changed, but it made planning kind of frustrating

"Shipping was seriously slow"
I ordered some stuff for my pet and the whole delivery process was just frustrating. The tracking barely changed, so I had no idea what was going on, and it ended up arriving later than I actually needed it. Really disappointed with the shipping.
